• Can I send tokens to WhaLeap Bot and sell them? Yes, you can deposit any asset based on the Solana network into your WhaLeap Bot wallet and trade them.

• Can I withdraw all tokens from WhaLeap Bot ? Currently, WhaLeap Bot only supports withdrawing SOL. You can swap other tokens for SOL before withdrawing.

• How do I export my wallet? You can go to Settings → Wallet → Export Private Key in WhaLeap Bot to view and export your private key. We recommend using a trusted wallet provider, such as Phantom, to import your private key.

• How do I import a wallet? In the wallet settings page, select Import Wallet and use your private key to restore your wallet. Follow the instructions and security warnings to complete the import.

• What are the fees? WhaLeap Bot charges a 1% transaction fee per trade. Additionally, we offer a referral rebate program— the more users you invite, the more rewards you earn. Check the referral page for details.

• How many addresses can WhaLeap Bot track at the same time? Each user can track up to 20 wallets by default. However, you can apply for additional tracking slots based on your total trading volume:

  • $20K USDT: Up to 30 addresses

  • $100K USDT: Up to 50 addresses

  • $500K USDT: Up to 100 addresses

  • $1M USDT: Up to 200 addresses

• Can I sell a token when it reaches a specific market cap in WhaLeap Bot ? Yes, you can set a percentage of the market cap and use a limit order to automatically sell your tokens.

• Can I trade tokens across multiple addresses at the same time? No, WhaLeap Bot currently supports trading from only one address at a time.

• Why did my transferred tokens disappear? First, check if you interacted with a scam bot. Scammers may message users pretending to offer support and trick them into revealing sensitive information. Follow these security rules:

  • Never trust unsolicited private messages.

  • Avoid clicking on unknown links.

  • Never store your private key on any online device, such as mobile notes, screenshots, or cloud storage.

• Why does the profit amount displayed on the PNL card differ from what I actually received? The PNL card does not include gas fees, transaction tips, or WhaLeap Bot fees. Be sure to account for these costs when calculating your actual profit. Market fluctuations may also impact your realized earnings.

• How can I buy tokens with a fixed amount? When making a purchase, set both the maximum and minimum purchase amounts to the same value. This ensures that each transaction amount remains fixed.

• How much gas is required for my transaction, and how can I adjust the gas fee? To ensure smooth transactions, you can adjust the gas fee based on network congestion. In WhaLeap Bot settings, you can customize gas fees to improve transaction success rates. Generally, the higher the gas fee, the faster the transaction confirmation.
